The French Fitness FFS Silver Dual Adjustable Pulley is designed to be an ultra-smooth dual pulley machine. The pull-up bar offers several grip positions and the cables can be adjusted to any height along the posts allowing ultra-smooth movement and a wide variety of exercises.
