The Nylon-coated cable gives a smooth movement for maximum productivity with minimum effort. This space-saving machine measures 65"L x 39"W and has a 220 lb weight stack that is conveniently accessible from the seat. FFS-PLCLE lets you perform prone leg curls and leg extensions from one machine. The transition is as simple as adjusting the backrest and the leg roller with a pull pin. It is designed to make the transition between the two movements effortless, allowing you maximum time for your workout.
